5．Select reasonable heat treatment and machining processes for components according to the design task book and design supporting fixtures;

6．Master the project design process and control design time nodes;

7．Coordinate and communicate with electrical designers to promptly address electrical and mechanical integration issues;

8．Provide creative design ideas and suggestions for project design and can control design costs to some extent;

9．Have a good understanding of non-standard design selection;

10．Familiar with machining processes, heat treatment processes, and material selection for parts.

1. Full-time bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Automation, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Design;

2. Proficiency in 3D modeling software, CAD, and relevant office software is required;

3. Possess individual work capability, work conscientiously, have good communication skills, and demonstrate a strong spirit of teamwork;

4. Willing to engage in the non-standard automation industry.
