9． Confirm project details with customers at various key points;

10． Maintain good customer relationships;

11． Have risk awareness, prevent risks from occurring, develop contingency plans in advance, and handle risks that occur in a timely and efficient manner;

12． Participate in the establishment of project management systems and company management systems.

1. Full-time bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation related majors;

2. Solid project management knowledge, with over 3 years of relevant project management experience;

3. Proactive, strong execution, pursuit of excellence, with good self-management and teamwork abilities, proficient in the use of project management tools, good analytical and judgment skills, time-conscious, and strong sense of responsibility;

4. English/Japanese can be used as a working language.
