1.Analyze and confirm various requirements with customers;
2.Develop project plans;
3.Develop project budgets and manage project costs;
4. Tailor project processes based on specific projects and supervise execution;
5. Drive project progress, supervise the completion of milestone tasks, and output interim results;
6. Organize interim project reviews to ensure project quality;
7. Coordinate project resources to ensure efficient communication and collaboration among project members, and manage conflicts;
8. Organize and chair internal and external meetings, and track the implementation of meeting outcomes;
9. Confirm project details with customers at various key points;
10. Maintain good customer relationships;
11. Have risk awareness, prevent risks from occurring, develop contingency plans in advance, and handle risks that occur in a timely and efficient manner;
12. Participate in the establishment of project management systems and company management systems.
1. Full-time bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation related majors;
2. Solid project management knowledge, with over 3 years of relevant project management experience;
3. Proactive, strong execution, pursuit of excellence, with good self-management and teamwork abilities, proficient in the use of project management tools, good analytical and judgment skills, time-conscious, and strong sense of responsibility;
4. English/Japanese can be used as a working language.
