On June 13, Yuhang District of Hangzhou held the establishment conference of Intelligent Manufacturing Association, held the theme forum of digital transformation and digital value of intelligent manufacturing and a series of intelligent manufacturing standard seminars at the same time, invited academician experts, enterprise leaders in the field of intelligent manufacturing and representatives of universities and scientific research institutions to discuss the realistic path of empowering Yuhang manufacturing industry development with a high level of "digital and real integration".

In recent years, Yuhang District takes intelligent manufacturing as the main direction, focuses on the extensive application of digital twin, artificial intelligence and other new generation of information technology, and builds the "future factory" system of data-driven production process reengineering, cultivating and creating a new intelligent manufacturing industrial cluster led by "future factory" and intelligent factory (digital workshop) as the main body. By the end of 2022, 12 provincial smart factories (digital workshops) have been gathered, and 67 enterprises such as high quality automation have been selected into the provincial and municipal "future factory" cultivation system.
