On June 16, 2017, Car Turbocharger Assembly 2017 2nd Automotive Turbocharger Assembly Engineering Conference was successfully concluded at Le Merle Wanda Chongqing.
This conference focuses on new technologies, new ideas and the latest development direction of supercharger assembly and test engineering, brings together first-class manufacturers to share successful cases, and builds an exchange platform for core supercharger manufacturers and engineering and technical personnel to discuss industry solutions.

The forum attracted supercharger manufacturers: Bosch Mahle, Kangyue Technology, Yisen technology, Weifang Fuyuan, Xinde Make, Chongqing Jiangzeng Shipbuilding Industry, Kejin supercharger and so on. Engine manufacturers: Luoyang Yituo, Dongfeng Technology Center, Changan Ford, Chongqing Changan, Dongfeng Cummins, Foton Cummins, etc. Well-known suppliers: Rulamat, Hangzhou Gaopin, Suzhou Lingchuang, Qisile, Chuangkeyuan, Matou, sword balancing, Omron and other 120+ engineering and technical personnel participate.
After Gaopin has successfully participated in the first supercharger forum, proposed that equipment stability is the most important feature of supercharger assembly and clear the necessity of error prevention technology research and development and upgrade, Gaopin in this supercharger forum, will focus on the development process and technical requirements of digitization and information of supercharger assembly.
Mr. Shen Jiandong, Manager of Software Design Department, delivered a keynote speech entitled "Turbocharger Digital Factory Solution" on behalf of Gaoxin, introducing Gaoxin's development concept and achievements in the field of digitization of supercharger assembly, and discussing turbocharger industry solutions with leading manufacturers in the industry.


As an innovative leader in turbocharger assembly and testing production line technology, Gaoxing has produced 36 flexible supercharger assembly lines. The cooperative customers of supercharger assembly and testing equipment include BorgWarner, Honeywell, Ningbo Fengwo, Great Wall, Hunan Tianyan and other domestic and foreign enterprises. At the same time, Gaopin has 136 assembly error prevention technologies in the field of supercharger assembly, covering visual detection, leak testing, color detection, optical fiber detection, displacement monitoring, torque control and other aspects. Among them, the supercharger cold test machine (EOL test equipment) is the first in the domestic cold test machine product market, and successfully broke the foreign technology monopoly. While striving to ensure the quality stability of the turbocharger assembly line, Gaopin is also constantly exploring the future development direction of turbocharger assembly.
Shen Jiandong believes that the construction of digital supercharger factory is a systematic project, which needs scientific and effective evaluation, planning and implementation. Gaopin is actively promoting the construction of digital factories: Gaopin's existing MES system plans the core database, soft information flow and hard information flow under the premise of evaluating the lean production status of the enterprise. MES module includes user management, production management, process management, equipment management, quality analysis, remote maintenance, material management, logistics control and so on.


In terms of data and information processing, Shen Jiandong also pointed out that the MES network architecture of Gaupin is efficient and scientific, and the data information of the production line in the workshop and the production line in different workshops is connected with the central server in layers to ensure the independence, relevance and real-time of the data of each production line.
